Polyacrylamide for printing and dyeing is a composite polymer. It can effectively clarify the printing and dyeing water, quickly agglomerate and settle the fine particles in the water, and improve the recovery of printing and dyeing, so as to save water and prevent pollution. The selection and dosage of reagents in the treatment of printing and dyeing sludge should be treated differently according to the different sources of sludge. The scale of sewage treatment, sludge output, source of reagents, dosage of reagents, operation cost and moisture content of mud cake should be considered comprehensively according to local conditions.
Polyacrylamide in printing and dyeing plants has hygroscopicity, flocculation, adhesiveness, resistance reduction, thickening and good stability at the same time. The molecule of the product can be bridged and adsorbed with suspended particles dispersed in solution, and has a strong flocculation effect. The company's polyacrylamide products are divided into four series: anionic, cationic, different molecular weight and different ionicity. When using this PAM concentration should be controlled in 0.1-0.2%,do not use the equipment and matching dissolved dosing system,shell be equipped with dilution tank. The use of screw pump to add,the amount of adjustment according to the actual situation.
