Application

1-Nonionic Polyacrylamide Uses:
1)-Sewage treatment agent: When the suspended sewage shows acidity, it is more suitable to use non-ionic polyacrylamide as the flocculant. At this time, PAM plays the role of adsorption and bridging, causing the suspended particles to flocculate and precipitate to achieve the purpose of purifying water.
2)-Textile industry auxiliaries: adding some chemicals can be formulated into chemical materials for textile sizing.
3)-Sand control and sand fixation: The non-ionic polyacrylamide is dissolved in a concentration of 0.3%, added with a
cross-linking agent, and sprayed on the desert can play the role of sand control and sand fixation.
4)-Soil moisturizing agent: used as soil moisturizing agent and the basic raw material of various modified polyacrylamides.
2-Cationic polyacrylamide uses:
1)-Sludge dewatering: The corresponding grade of this product can be selected according to the nature of the sewage, which can effectively carry out gravity sludge dewatering before the sludge enters the filter press. During dehydration, large flocs are produced, which do not stick to the filter cloth, and do not flow out during pressure filtration. The dosage is small, and the dehydration efficiency is high.
2)-Treatment of sewage and organic wastewater: This product has positive charge in acidic or alkaline medium, so it is extremely effective for flocculation and precipitation of negatively charged sewage with suspended particles in sewage, such as alcohol factory wastewater, brewery wastewater , Monosodium glutamate factory wastewater, sugar factory wastewater, meat food factory wastewater, beverage factory wastewater, textile printing and dyeing factory wastewater, etc., the effect of cationic polyacrylamide is higher than that of anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salts. ten times.
