Introduction:
Polyacrylamide, code-named PAM, is made of ionic monomers and acrylamide in different proportions. It is a kind of high-molecular white granular polymer with good water solubility. Positive, negative, neutral charges and strong adsorption genes, so as to neutralize the charges on the surface of the colloidal particles of suspended matter in the treated water and destroy their stability. Under the action of bridging, they adsorb each other and quickly form larger flocs to sink, thus achieving the ultimate purpose of solid-liquid separation.

1. As a flocculant, it is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including sedimentation, clarification, concentration and sludge dewatering and other processes. The main industries of application are: urban sewage treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical industry Industrial, metallurgical industry, mineral processing industry, dyeing industry and sugar industry and wastewater treatment of various industries.
2. It can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention aid and drainage aid in the paper industry, which can greatly improve the quality of paper, save costs and improve the production capacity of paper mills. It can reduce the loss of fibers or fillers, speed up the water filtration, play the role of reinforcement, retention and drainage, and can also be used for the treatment of white water.
3. It can be used as a clarifying agent for mine wastewater and coal washing wastewater in mining and coal preparation industries.
4. It can be used for the treatment of dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater and oily wastewater to remove turbidity and decolorization to meet the discharge standard.
5. It is used as a flocculant for water treatment in waterworks with river water sources.Instructions:
1.Make up into a 0.2% concentration aqueous solution.
2.The general dosage is 0.1-10mg/L.
3.Fully dissolve. When dissolving, it is required to fully stir the water body and then slowly and evenly add the medicinal powder to prevent the blockage of pipes and pumps caused by large flocs and fish eyes.
4.The stirring speed is generally 200 rpm, the time is not less than 60 minutes, and the maximum temperature of the liquid medicine should be less than 60 degrees.
5.Select the dosage. Determine the dosage by experimentation before use. Because the dosage is too low, it will not work, and if the dosage is too high, it will have the opposite effect. When the concentration exceeds a certain concentration, PAM will not only not flocculate, but will be dispersed and used stably.
